Free Land, A square inch of that is

I saw this on a site of freebies on the web and thought this was crazy and untrue free land. www.Ownapieceofamerica.com   is the site and i claimed a one square inch piece of land in my homestate but where they make the money is of you buy a certificate or deed. The piece of land is free but you cant make any improvements to the property or anything like that. So technically its a free piece of land in the legal  since that someone cant sue. I checked the site out out of curiosity.
