Fiverr, it may work for some people but not for me, I got an inquiry about a research gig i posted with a pdf. The customer asked and I did and he asked some questions and requests and he was happy and I never got paid and it happened twice. I waited 30 days and contacted customer service and got nothing. Youdata, get paid to watch ads its nickel and dimes, to signup they ask for your cell phone number. They dont have a lot of ads, and if you carrier is not listed then you cant sign up.

Serve is american express's competitor to paypal, and I signed up because they were offering $10 to try it. They are very thorough with the verification process, they ask to verify your ssn with a W2 or ssn card scan. a bit intrusive and if you email someone money they need a serve account to get it. I wouldnt recomend it Bobsled, is an app that you can call your friends on your facebook list or call people thru your computer for free. Its a cool little app, the max you can talk is 75 minutes , the calls were clear. Youhave to download and install it, and just click on it to use it

If you have Kroger in your area, then get a kroger plus card besides the deals you get using your card at the register. You can get 10 cents off per gallon of gas at shell stations or kroger fuel center gas stations. You can also goto the kroger website and load coupons on your plus card. When you by the product the coupon is applied on the order and show up on your receipt. Kroger mails coupons to you, the first batch was a coupon for free Hebrew National Hot dogs, Family size bag of lays, free frozen vegatables and free kroger ice cream. Last month, it was a batch of coupons and nothing free and this month I got free 6 pack double roll of tissue and some more ice cream.

Money Woes

Well, I'm exploring new ways of generating money. I am looking at ways besides the usual survey sites and such to make money. Feebay, now holds your money until the buyer verifies the purchase has arrived and is satisfied. They tack on 9% fee on the final selling price, and the shipping and handling that you may charge. But they don't release it the shipping and handling money, so you pay that out of pocket.

I am going to try out some other online money making programs and post how they go. Money saving ideas, considering getting a friend to go in with me when i renew my student membership at Sam's and split the forty dollar annual fee, well its $25 and they give you a $15 gift card.

Just an update

Long time no blog, a few things happened changed internet providers more like comcast and its ever rising price ran me off to ATT($53 to $20) is a huge difference. Just been working and thesis writing and need another job.

The last good broke discovery, if you goto the digornio page on facebook and do the pledge they send you a $2 coupon off a pizza, and since my nearby store had them on sale that week, it wasnt bad $4 for a pizza and some wings.

when your money is low

Even seeing a quarter in the parking lot of my apartment building can make you excited. But , another suggestion that I have is buying you toilet paper at big lots. I tried the $7, 12 roll,1000 sheets. 1-ply pack for $7, one day because they were out of the 12 rolls, 2 ply 286 sheets for $5. The $7 package lasted 5 months, needless to say this won me over.

My adventure at Sav-A-Lot, went there for the 1st time in a long time, only go there when money is tight, because they are so small . The one closest to me is better than average, decent amount of fruit, but I go for the pick 5, for $10, its enough meat for a week or so. The register wouldnt scan and got overcharged and went had to get a refund. I wanted my $4.

I was watching the news the other night and saw those people in the netherlands rush the highway when the armored truck turned over and money was all over the road. then I find out ING, whom i already have accounts with is offering a free $25 to open an account. Just keep the account open for 30/60 days and the money is yours. Some people have all the luck

A new semester and some thoughts

#1 If you are student that brings your netbook or laptop to campus with , you should invest in two things, an extension cord because when your battery is low you may not be able to sit closest to the outlet, and dollar tree usual has them for a $1 and a lowjack in case your laptop gets stolen.

#2 Google books may have your book if you take a number of history or literature classes, you can read them online with your computer, e-reader, tablet and i think your phone and best of all their free. you may not find all your books but a couple will keep some money in your pocket

If you live in an area where Kroger grocery stores are in the area, they send personalized coupons for free items based on past purchases.
